Bill Blanchard
Chairman and Founder
Bill brings a long history of environmental development to E3 Solutions. He founded the company in 2009 in Colorado followed by initial installations that were completed in Texas and Wyoming. He has been instrumental in the development of E3’s patented evaporation process while also investing his time and resources in water and soil mitigation businesses. He is highly focused on water and environmentally friendly businesses through his holding company, WRB Resources, based in Tampa, Florida.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Ed has led the design, proposal development, and successful commissioning of more than 500 water treatment systems across a range of industries.
Rikard Gron
Operations Manager
Rikard brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and international operations. At E3, he oversees manufacturing, R&D, and customer satisfaction, ensuring high-quality, performance-driven solutions. Previously, as Senior Executive Manager at REW-Consulting, he led major global initiatives across Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa, managing more than €300 million in project investments.
His expertise includes manufacturing processes, greenfield plant startups, project and supply chain management, and quality control. Rikard has provided senior project management support in Germany, Hungary, and South Africa, and served as a Task Force Manager in India and Brazil, focusing on equipment behavior and root cause analysis for critical failures. He earned his BSME from the University of Southern Denmark, holds a Master Machinist degree, and is proficient in English, German, and Danish.
Kyle Knecht
Customer Care and Project Manager
Kyle is E3’s technical expert, ensuring that each client fully understands E3’s technology. He provides customers with the tools and knowledge needed to operate the evaporation equipment at optimal performance and is on call to handle any questions or issues that may arise. Kyle and his family are based in Colorado, love the outdoors, and are always looking for opportunities to explore new places.
Bill Roberts
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Roberts’ background is in telecommunications, land use, and transportation, and he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of E3 Solutions. As a licensed real estate broker for over 40 years, his experience includes business mergers with Berkshire Hathaway’s Florida Properties Group and supports E3 with operational expertise gained through more than 25 years of owning and operating telecommunications businesses throughout the southeastern U.S. A graduate of Stetson University, where he served as National Alumni President and as a Trustee, Bill is active in his community as a past president of his Rotary Club and past chair of the Hillsborough County MPO’s Citizens Committee representing Tampa’s airport.
Active in regulatory matters and related companies, he also served as a lobbyist with Southern Strategy Group. Bill has been recognized by his peers and by Hillsborough and Pasco County officials with several awards, including Special Recognition for Advancing Regional Transportation, Stetson’s Alumni Service Award, and designation as a Cable TV Pioneer. He lives in Tampa and enjoys vacationing in the North Carolina mountains as well as on Anna Maria Island.
Richard (Dick) Callahan
Strategic Director
Richard has over four decades of experience in natural resource management, environmental consulting, and strategic land use planning. His engineering, biological, and land use expertise provides E3 Solutions with a comprehensive perspective on water resources management and large-scale surface water and stormwater enhancement programs. Richard has served on numerous advisory committees and task forces developing regulations, policies, and research programs for water management, wetlands, critical habitats, and wetland mitigation banking. Known as “Callahan,” he attended West Point and holds a Master’s Degree from USF.
Alex Abbott
Customer Care Specialist
Alex supports E3 Solutions in a wide range of areas as Customer Care Specialist. His previous technical experience in plumbing, electrical, and IT contributes to his understanding of E3 Solutions’ evaporation technology. From installation and implementation to client interaction and warehouse management, he plays an important role on the E3 Solutions team. Alex is a native of Tampa and resides in the Apollo Beach area.
Ethan Benford
Mechanical Engineer
Ethan is a mechanical engineer with a strong background in system design and supplier/customer integration. He has hands-on experience in manufacturing and product development, particularly with injection-molded and sheet metal parts, spanning industries such as electronic security, marine equipment, and heavy-duty vehicles.
While earning his Mechanical Engineering degree from Florida Polytechnic University, Ethan gained valuable experience as a research assistant at Florida Poly, which helped him transition into engineering roles at Vanguard Protex Global and Warren Equipment.
Steven Cortes
Manufacturing Engineer
With over a decade of hands-on technical experience, Steven brings a diverse background in mechanical diagnostics, marine and automotive systems, and heavy equipment operation. His technical versatility includes microscopic soldering for medical devices at Philips, harness assembly for aerospace clients at Harco Laboratories, and shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Additional skills span landscaping equipment maintenance, carpentry, vehicle diagnostics, and trailer repair, making Steven a mechanically adept, safety-conscious technician.
Angela Campbell
Media Director
Angie is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of experience leading digital strategy, content creation, and data-driven advertising for high-profile brands. As Media Director for EvaporationWorks, she focuses on social media and SEO programs designed to drive substantial increases in followers, web traffic, and conversion rates.
Her background includes roles at Medtronic, AAA, and HSN, where she led integrated campaigns, managed multimillion-member email programs, and optimized marketing strategy. Angie combines creative storytelling with technical expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics to deliver measurable results.
Stefani Lankford
Chief Financial Officer
Stefani brings over 20 years of financial expertise to her role as CFO of E3’s parent company WRB Resources. She oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management, to provide E3 with strategies that align with its business goals. Stefani plays a key role in guiding the company’s financial direction. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus.
